Order Handling Time: 0-2 business days (Monday - Friday)

Australia Standard Shipping OVER $50 AUD
We offer free shipping on all domestic standard shipping orders over $50 AUD. Please allow 2-8 business days from the date of dispatch to receive your order.

Australia Standard Shipping UNDER $50 AUD
We offer $10 flat rate shipping on all domestic standard shipping orders under $50 AUD. Please allow 2-8 business days from the date of dispatch to receive your order.

Australian Express Shipping.
We charge a $10 flat rate fee on all domestic express shipping orders. Please allow 1-4 business days from the date of dispatch to receive your order.

Change of address
Requests for change of address can be made via hello@luumi.com.au prior to your order being shipped. If your order is not delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you may wish to have it reshipped for an additional $10 fee for Australian orders.
